Medication was not in the medication safe as agreed. No message was received that medication was ready inside (or in a safe) (appointment required). Part of the order was missing and the prescription for this part must be requested again.
Unfortunately, they do not read the text of an order. If I ask for the 2 medications to be delivered at the same time, even if it takes longer, I still have to visit twice because they do not read.
Furthermore, little privacy, everyone hears everything because there is little distance to the counter and you have to talk through a glass wall.
Repeat prescriptions suddenly no longer became repeat prescriptions, someone had turned it off??? Now also had to pay for the medicines upon delivery. Never had to do that before. There was no one who could tell me why now. BAD BAD BAD.
